Hailing from the city of Nanjing in East China, Chef Frankie Yang Tao has spent more than 15 years refining his culinary expertise within the realm of traditional Chinese cuisine. The talented chef and dim sum master landed in Dubai in 2006 then quickly found himself working within some of the city’s best-known restaurants, and now leads the new Mott 32 Dubai team.
